At Vybrant Media Foundation, our mission is clear:To empower youth, support vulnerable communities, and inspire positive change through creative storytelling, charity work, and impactful initiatives that address societal challenges and foster lasting transformation. This December, we took another step forward in our journey during our physical meeting at the 7th August Bomb Blast Memorial Park in Nairobi. The turnout was inspiring, and the discussions set a strong foundation for the future of our organization.

The meeting highlighted our collective commitment to creating a lasting impact. Members from diverse backgrounds came together, united by a shared passion for helping the less fortunate. Here are some of the key resolutions from the meeting:

  1. Official Registration of Vybrant Media Foundation:We are taking steps to register our organization officially, ensuring transparency, legitimacy, and the ability to access new opportunities to expand our work.
  2. Financial Structure and Accountability: To streamline financial management, members agreed to open a joint account temporarily while working on setting up an official charity account. This will enable us to handle funds efficiently and support our initiatives with clarity and trust.
  3. Empowering Members Through Delegation: We believe in teamwork and shared responsibility. Duties for managing our online presence were delegated to specific members to enhance our engagement across platforms like TikTok and our website. These efforts will help us amplify our message and reach more people willing to join the cause.

A Call to Action: Contributing to the Cause

We introduced a weekly contribution challenge where members pledge to donate Ksh 50 or any amount they can afford. These funds will directly support our initiatives, such as providing food, clothing, and school fees for vulnerable children. Every shilling counts, and together, we can make a significant difference.

Upcoming Deadlines

To ensure active membership and streamline our operations, all members are required to remit their registration fees by 20th December 2024. This step is essential for building a strong foundation and planning for impactful initiatives in 2025.
